Wir suchen eine Fachperson, die unser Bäckerei- und Feinbäckereiteam führt und bereichert. Als Abteilungsleiter/in Bäckerei & Feinbäckerei führst du ein kompetentes Team aus Fachpersonen. Bei uns hast du ein breites Aufgabengebiet und arbeitest in zeitgemässen Produktionsräumlichkeiten mit Tageslicht.

Deine Aufgaben als Abteilungsleiter Bäckerei & Feinbäckerei: - Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund 12 Mitarbeitenden inkl. Lernenden - Verantwortung für Qualität, Prozesse und eine effiziente Produktion in der Bäckerei und Feinbäckerei - Verantwortung für die Waren- und Lagerbewirtschaftung sowie die Produktions- und Arbeitsplanung - Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards - Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Sortiments - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

Das bringst du mit: - Ausbildung als Bäcker-Konditor-Confiseur/in EFZ - Fundierte Erfahrung in der Bäckereiproduktion - Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen - Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und unternehmerisches Denken
