Ihre Aufgabe

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsfunktion übernehmen Sie die operative, personelle und wirtschaftliche Leitung Ihrer Abteilung. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Projektleitern sorgen Sie dafür, dass Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt werden und sich Kunden jederzeit auf höchste Qualität verlassen können.

Dabei verstehen Sie sich nicht nur als Führungskraft, sondern auch als Coach und Sparringspartner für Ihr Team. Sie fördern Mitarbeitende gezielt, schaffen klare Strukturen und entwickeln Ihre Abteilung kontinuierlich weiter.

Zu Ihrem vielseitigen Verantwortungsbereich gehören unter anderem:

  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Projektleiter und Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit der laufenden Projekte
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen Projekten und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Optimierung von Abläufen und Einführung effizienter Prozesse
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektroinstallationen und konnten bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln. Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln lösungsorientiert und verstehen es, Menschen zu motivieren und gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein.

Idealerweise bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Weiterbildung als Elektro\-Projektleiter Installation und Sicherheit, Elektroinstallateur mit Meisterprüfung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude an der Mitarbeiterführung
