Abteilungsleiter/In \- 100% \- (m/w/d) ======================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung der Abteilung Gipserei/Trockenbau
  • Einhaltung der finanziellen Ziele, Gesamtkosten\-Budgets und DB aller Projekte
  • Führung und Kontrolle von internen Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Sämtliche AVOR\-Arbeiten für die jeweiligen Baustellen
  • Ausmann\-, Nachtrags\- Abrechnungswesen
  • Selbständige Führung von Ausführungsprojekten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Austuldung als Maler, Gipser\-Trockenbauer, oder anverwandte Berufe
  • Weiterbildung als , PL, Bauführer oder Betriebswirt
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Teamfähigkeit und vernetztes Denken
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an Formen \+ Materialien
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken
