Wir suchen eine führungsstarke und lösungsorientierte Person, die unsere Betriebslogistik weiterbringt und gemeinsam mit dem Team für effiziente und zuverlässige Abläufe sorgt.

Tätigkeiten, die auf dich warten:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die interne Logistik mit den Bereichen interner Transport und Kommissionierung
  • Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Teams
  • Aktive Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Einführung unseres Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der logistischen Prozesse mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungen und deren Strukturen im Hinblick auf zukünftige Anforderungen
  • Förderung einer guten Zusammenarbeit und eines lösungsorientierten Austauschs mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Verantwortung für eine vorausschauende Einsatz\- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Begleitung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Betriebslogistik

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik sowie in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und Freude daran, Abläufe zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein hohes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Logistiklösungen oder Warehouse Management Systemen
  • Kommunikative, ruhige und lösungsorientierte Person, die den Überblick behalt und gerne selbst anpackt
  • Gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
