DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Führung der Abteilung Endmontage mit rund 50 bis 80 Mitarbeitenden und aktive Weiterentwicklung der Führungsorganisation
  • Förderung, Entwicklung und Befähigung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Wissenstransfers
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Fertigstellung der Schienenfahrzeuge sowie termingerechte Übergabe an die Inbetriebsetzung
  • Planung und Steuerung der personellen und organisatorischen Ressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und Vertretung der Endmontage bei internen und externen Audits
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Strukturen zur Steigerung von Qualität, Produktivität und Effizienz
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung (z. B. Industriemeister:in oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld sowie fundierte Führungserfahrung; eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern, zu entwickeln und für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, klare Orientierung zu geben und Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe IT-Affinität (MS Office, SAP, usw.)
