Für unseren Kunden aus der Region Schaffhausen suchen wir einen Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) Fertigung Formenbau.

Unser Kunde zählt zu den weltweit führenden Herstellern von Spritzgussformen für Medizin-, Pharma- und Laboranwendungen sowie Dünnwandverpackungen. Durch die verknüpfte Expertise von traditionellem Handwerk und modernster Hightech entstehen innovative Lösungen - von der Produktentwicklung bis hin zur Serienfertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Fertigungsabteilung Formenbau (ca. 15 Mitarbeitende)
  • Verantwortung für die Bereiche Drehen, Schleifen und Erodieren
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der gesamten Fertigungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit in der Produktion
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen, Prozessen und Ressourcen
  • Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Einleitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, AVOR, Fertigungsleitung und weiteren Abteilungen
  • Teilnahme an Termin-, Fertigungs- und Konstruktionssitzungen
  • Förderung und Einführung neuer Fertigungs- und Produktionstechnologien
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionen in Maschinen, Betriebsmittel und Infrastruktur
  • Verantwortung für Wartung, Instandhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur
  • Koordination und Betreuung externer Lieferanten, Servicepartner und Handwerker
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Unternehmensrichtlinien

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der spanabhebenden Fertigung, idealerweise im Werkzeug- oder Formenbau sowie in hochpräzisen Bearbeitungsprozessen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Weiterbildung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, eine Position mit Personalverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Idealalter zwischen 30 und 50 Jahre
  • Analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse, Produktionsabläufe und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Drehen, Schleifen und/oder Erodieren von Vorteil, jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
