In dieser Schlüsselrolle prägst du die finanzielle Steuerung aktiv mit und entwickelst den Finanzbereich gemeinsam mit deinem Team weiter.

  • Mit Expertise und Weitsicht stellst du die qualitativ einwandfreie und effiziente Abwicklung der Finanzgeschäfte der Lindenhofgruppe, ihrer Unternehmungen und der Stiftung sicher.
  • Du verantwortest das Cash- und Credit-Management sowie die Erstellung der Einzelabschlüsse inklusive Konsolidierung und Berichterstattung.
  • Du führst die Abteilung mit rund 10 Mitarbeitenden, unterstützt durch die Teamleitungen.
  • Mit innovativen Ansätzen, insbesondere im Bereich der Digitalisierung, steigerst du unsere Effizienz nachhaltig.
  • Als stellvertretende/r Bereichsleiter/in stehst du im engen Austausch mit dem Leitungsteam, dem Controlling, den übrigen Bereichen sowie mit Revisionsstellen, Bankinstituten und weiteren externen Partnern.

Was dich auszeichnet

Du überzeugst fachlich wie menschlich, handelst lösungsorientiert und bringst Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit.

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Betriebswirtschaftsstudium oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung (z. B. diplomierte/r Wirtschaftsprüfer/in oder Expertin/Experte Rechnungslegung).
  • Für diese Funktion setzen wir mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Fachverantwortung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Abschlusserfahrung nach Swiss GAAP FER und OR voraus.
  • Du denkst vernetzt, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen den Überblick.
  • Mit deinen ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und deiner hohen Führungskompetenz gelingt es dir, dein Team zielorientiert und motivierend zu führen.
