Abteilungsleiter/in Gastronomie 100% (m/w/d) ============================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative und personelle Führung eines kleinen Gastronomieteams
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • üplanung, Kalkulation, Einkauf und Warenbewirtschaftung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität sowie Einhaltung der Hygiene\- und Lebensmittelvorschriften
  • Organisation und Koordination interner und externer Anlässe
  • Wirtschaftliche Führung der Abteilung und Verantwortung für das Budget
  • Weiterentwicklung des gastronomischen Angebots und Umsetzung neuer Konzepte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Bereichen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Entwicklung eines kleinen Teams
  • Erfahrung im Service und in der Gastronomie
  • Erfahrung in Angebotsplanung, Kalkulation und Einkauf
  • Organisationsgeschick, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Offene, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit Humor und Gelassenheit
  • Interesse an der Arbeit in einem sozialen und vielfältigen Umfeld
