Abteilungsleiter:in Gebäudetechnik Das kannst du bei uns bewegen. Du führst unsere Abteilung Gebäudetechnik fachlich, organisatorisch und personell. Du akquirierst neue Aufträge und pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen. Du berätst Kunden kompetent und entwickelst passende technische Lösungen. Du führst und unterstützt Projektleiter, Bauleiter und Montageteams bei der erfolgreichen Abwicklung ihrer Projekte. Du planst Ressourcen, optimierst Prozesse und förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung. Du trägst die Ergebnisverantwortung und stellst die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Deines Bereichs sicher. Das macht dich aus. Grundausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik. Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Führung im Gebäudetechnik\-Umfeld. Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden. Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung. Das bieten wir dir.
