Amt für Mobilität Abteilungsleiter/in Gesamtmobilität 80 \\- 100% Wollen Sie das Verkehrssystem im Kanton Zürich ganzheitlich und langfristig weiterentwickeln? In der Abteilung Gesamtmobilität des Amts für Mobilität planen wir das künftige Verkehrssystem über alle Verkehrsträger und Verkehrsmittel hinweg. Wir entwickeln in Abstimmung mit Siedlung und Umwelt Gesamtverkehrskonzepte, erarbeiten die Agglomerationsprogramme und koordinieren deren Umsetzung. Auch für Fragen des Güterverkehrs und der Logistik sind wir die zentrale, koordinierende Stelle. In der Richtplanung bearbeiten wir alle Verkehrsthemen und prägen diese massgeblich mit. Entscheidend ist dabei stets die Gesamtsicht -- so schaffen wir die planerischen Grundlagen für eine zukunftsorientierte Mobilität im Kanton Zürich. Wir suchen Sie per 1\\. Juni 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung als Leiter/\\-in Gesamtmobilität. Ihre Hauptaufgaben \* Führung der Abteilung Gesamtmobilität mit insgesamt zehn Mitarbeitenden sowie deren fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung \* Verantwortung für die strategischen Gesamtverkehrsplanungen des Kantons Zürich sowie Leitung bedeutender Planungsprojekte wie Agglomerationsprogramme, regionale Gesamtverkehrskonzepte und Gebietsplanungen \* Vertretung der gesamtverkehrlichen Interessen des Kantons in Richt\\-, Nutzungs\\- und Sachplanungsverfahren sowie gegenüber Verwaltung, Politik und externen Anspruchsgruppen \* Mitwirkung in der Geschäftsleitung des Amts für Mobilität und Mitverantwortung für dessen strategische Weiterentwicklung Unsere Anforderungen \* Hochschulabschluss (Master oder Doktorat) in Verkehrsplanung, Raumplanung, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung \* Mehrjährige Berufs\\- und Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im Verkehrs\\- oder Raumplanungsumfeld sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für politische und verwaltungsinterne Prozesse \* Ausgeprägte Führungs\\-, Kommunikations\\- und Verhandlungskompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen \* Vernetzte und analytische Denkweise, hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen \* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Unser Angebot Wir bieten Ihnen eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsfunktion mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum in einem politisch spannenden Umfeld.
