Denkst du strategisch, handelst unternehmerisch und behältst auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Infolge Pensionierung suchen wir eine\n Abteilungsleiter\in Immobilien. Das kannst du bewegen Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für das Immobilien\- und Technische Gebäudemanagement der BSZ Stiftung \- ein vielfältiges Portfolio mit Wohn\- und Arbeitsgebäuden an 8 Standorten im Kanton Schwyz. Du trägst die Verantwortung für ein eingespieltes Team von 16 Personen, darunter eine direkt unterstellt sowie fünf Klient\*innen \- fachlich, personell, organisatorisch und finanziell. Du sorgst für die nachhaltige Werterhaltung unseres Immobilienportfolios und verantwortest Unterhalts\-, Sanierungs\- und Bauprojekte \- von der strategischen Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du gestaltest unsere Infrastruktur zukunftsorientiert und stellst einen wirtschaftlichen, sicheren und nachhaltigen Betrieb unserer Gebäude und technischen Anlagen sicher. Du verantwortest das Vertrags\- und Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Ausschreibungen und Vergaben und stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Vorgaben sicher. Du berätst die Geschäftsleitung in strategischen Immobilien\- und Infrastrukturfragen und entwickelst unser Immobilienmanagement aktiv weiter. Das bringst du mit Höhere Aus\- oder Weiterbildung (HF/FH) im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Immobilienmanagement, Bau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäude\- oder Immobilienmanagement. Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Unterhalt, Bauprojekte sowie Budget\- und Investitionsplanung. Erfahrung im Vertrags\- und Lieferantenmanagement sowie im Umgang mit gesetzlichen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen. Unternehmerisches Denken, effiziente Arbeitsorganisation sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Sensibilität für das Umfeld einer sozialen Institution an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit. Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln, Führerausweis und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
