Die VIVIVA Baar AG ist ein gemeinnütziges Alterszentrum mit rund 220 Mitarbeitenden an zwei zentralen Standorten in Baar. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung bieten wir einer engagierten Persönlichkeit die Führung einer Abteilung mit Schwerpunkt Gerontopsychiatrie im Haus Bahnmatt an. Deine Aufgaben: Du führst eine Abteilung mit 13 Bewohnendenausschliesslich mit Schwerpunkt Gerontopsychiatrie Du übernimmst die operative und personelle Führung eines Teams von insgesamt 12 Mitarbeitendeninklusive Lernenden und Studierende – mit Fachwissen, Wertschätzung und Klarheit. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sowie internen und externen Partnern stellst du den Pflegeprozess für die individuelle Betreuung und Pflege sicher – kompetent und mit Herz. Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Pflegepersonal, Bewohner: innen und Leitung und behältst stets den Überblick. Du führst dein Team flexibel und menschlich, lebst eine klare Kommunikation und förderst eine offene, humorvolle Zusammenarbeit. Du gibst zeitnahes, ehrliches und sachliches Feedback– bevorzugt im direkten Austausch. Du bleibst lösungsorientiert, auch wenn mal ein Fehler passiert – Nachtragendsein gibt’s bei dir nicht. Als Mitglied des Kaderteams bringst du dich aktiv ein, nimmst an Projekten und Fachgruppen teil und treibst die Weiterentwicklung von Betriebs\- und Pflegekonzepten mit voran. Das bringst du mit: Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF, mit Psychiatrieerfahrung Mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion. Weiterbildung in Führung oder Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu absolvieren. Wir unterstützen dich dabei. Du kommunizierst klar, sachlich und menschlich.
