Abteilungsleiter/in Kanzlei und Soziales sowie Gemeindeschreiber\-Substitut/in, Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (80\-100%) Aufgabenbereich Diese Funktion umfasst die Abteilungsleitung Gemeindekanzlei und Soziales mit den Bereichen Gemeindekanzlei, AHV\-Zweigstelle, Bürgerrechtswesen, Einwohnerkontrolle, Teilungsamt, Gesellschaft und Jugend sowie Soziales. Die Abteilung umfasst insgesamt fünf Mitarbeiterinnen und zwei Lernende. Du bist Anlauf\- und Koordinationsstelle der Verwaltung und der ICT sowie bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Sachgeschäfte und Projekte. Darüber hinaus protokollierst du die Sitzungen des Gemeinderats, der Geschäftsleitung und der Gemeindeversammlung und nimmst die Stellver tretungsfunktion des Vorsitzenden der Geschäftsleitung / Gemeindeschreibers wahr. Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst ein Pensum von 150 %, welches im Jobsharing (mit einer bestehenden Co\-Leitung zu 50 % Pensum) aufgeteilt ist. Anforderungsprofil Du verfügst über einige Jahre Verwaltungserfahrung, besitzt das Fähigkeitszeugnis als Gemeindeschreiber/in oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Du hast eine hohe Schreibkompetenz, eine ausgeprägte ICT\-Affinität und bist ein Organisationstalent. Du zeichnest dich aus durch eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Du bist belastbar, hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und bist ein/e Team player/in mit hoher Führungs\- und Sozialkompetenz.
