Du möchtest Führungsverantwortung übernehmen, anspruchsvolle Lüftungs- und Klimaprojekte steuern und die zukünftige Entwicklung eines Geschäftsbereichs aktiv mitgestalten?

Für unseren Auftraggeber, ein etabliertes Unternehmen der Gebäudetechnik in der Region Zürich, suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Abteilungsleiter Lüftung/Klima (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs Lüftung/Klima
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 12 Mitarbeitenden
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Budget, Ergebnis und die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des Bereichs
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung laufender Projekte und Aufträge
  • Sicherstellung von Terminen, Qualität und Rentabilität
  • Akquisition von Neuaufträgen sowie Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Ausarbeitung von Offerten und technischen Lösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Projektteams
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Führungsteam der Niederlassung
  • Mitgestaltung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Standorts Zürich

Wir erwarten ##

  • Weiterbildung als Dipl. Techniker HF HLK, Ingenieur FH Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement innerhalb der Gebäudetechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden oder Teams
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare, verantwortungsbewusste und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
