Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen, begleiten und entwickeln von Fachpersonal sowie Mitarbeitenden mit vorwiegend kognitiver Beeinträchtigung
  • Coaching der Gruppenleitenden in agogischen sowie fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Kontaktpflege zum sozialen Umfeld der Mitarbeitenden
  • Operationalisierung der Brändi Strategie sowie Weiterentwicklung der Werkgruppe
  • Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung der Sortimentsgestaltung (attraktiv, kreativ, modern)
  • Termingerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Auftragsabwicklung des Tagesgeschäftes, produktive Mitarbeit im Bereich nach Bedarf
  • Leiten und/oder Mitarbeit von/in übergeordneten Projekten
  • Kalkulationen und persönliche Betreuung der Wirtschaftskunden
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Brändi Produkte

Dein Profil

  • Grundausbildung im kaufmännischen, kreativen oder technischen Bereich mit Weiterbildung (eidg. Fachausweis oder Stufe HF)
  • Erfahrung oder entsprechende Weiterbildung in Arbeitsagogik/Sozialpädagogik von Vorteil
  • Ausgewiesene, idealerweise mehrstufige Führungserfahrung
  • Breite Erfahrung aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich und/oder dem Kunsthandwerk erwünscht
  • Eigenständige, teamorientierte und empathische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Motivation und Begeisterung, gemeinsam mehr zu erreichen
  • Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft 365, gängigen Kollaborationstools sowie ERP\-Applikationen
