Für unsere Abteilung Informatik suchen wir einen Abteilungsleiter IT \& SAP 100% (m/w/d) In dieser Rolle trägst du massgeblich zur digitalen Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens bei. Du bist für die personelle und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer IT verantwortlich und übernimmst gleichzeitig operative Aufgaben in den Bereichen SAP und/oder Infrastruktur (50:50\) Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Informatik (5 Mitarbeitende, plus Lernende) Gesamtverantwortung zur Weiterentwicklung und Durchsetzung der IT\-Strategie Leitung von komplexen Projekten im ERP\- und Infrastrukturumfeld Verantwortlich für die IT\-Security (CISO) Mitarbeit bei operativen Themen und beim Benutzersupport (ERP und Infrastruktur) Sparringspartner für Management und Fachbereiche in allen IT\-Fragen Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung (z.B. als Teamleiter oder Stv.
