Abteilungsleiter Stv. Holz/Bauelemente/Bodenbeläge 80% \- 100% (m/w/d)

Damit begeistern Sie uns:

  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei der Führung und Organisation der Abteilung Holz, Bauelemente und Bodenbeläge
  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden mit hoher Serviceorientierung
  • Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation und eines gepflegten Erscheinungsbildes der Abteilung
  • Überwachung der Warenverfügbarkeit und Durchführung von Bestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Holz, Bauelemente, Bodenbeläge oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Kundenberatung, idealerweise im Einzelhandel
  • Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
