In der Stadtverwaltung arbeiten rund 380 Mitarbeitende, die für die Bevölkerung täglich umfassende Dienstleistungen erbringen. Für die Abteilung Präsidiales suchen wir eine engagierte, innovative und zukunftsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Abteilungsleiterin/Abteilungsleiter Präsidiales / Stadtschreiber Stellvertretung, 80 bis 100 % In dieser Funktion besteht Ihr Ziel darin, bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Stadtverwaltung zu einem dienstleistungs\- und kundenorientierten Leistungserbringer, mitzuwirken. Ihre Handlungsfelder Abteilungsleitung und Führung: Personelle Führung der Abteilung Präsidiales mit den Dienststellen Einwohnerdienste, Zivilstands\- und Bestattungswesen, Stadtbibliothek, Stadtammann\- und Betreibungsamt sowie dem Präsidialsekretariat (rund 30 Mitarbeitende). Enge Zusammenarbeit in der Abteilungsleitungskonferenz sowie mit dem Stadtschreiber (vollumfängliche Stellvertretung). Stadtratsgeschäfte und Protokollführung: Verantwortung für die gesamte Vor\- und Nachbereitung der Stadtratssitzungen, inklusive der aktiven Teilnahme und der rechtssicheren Protokollführung. Beratende Mitarbeit im Stadtrat bei Anträgen und Urnenweisungen. Wahlen und Abstimmungen: Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Wahlen und Abstimmungen. Projekte und Entwicklung (je nach Pensum): Übernahme wichtiger Projekte sowie Mitgestaltung der Verwaltung im Rahmen von innovativen Entwicklungsprojekten. Was Sie mitbringen Ausbildung: Höhere Verwaltungsausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse des öffentlichen Rechts. Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Verwaltungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion. Kompetenzen: Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick, Diskretion und Freude an der aktiven Mitgestaltung des digitalen Wandels werden vorausgesetzt.
