Deine neuen Aufgaben

  • Du bist ein Verkaufstalent und ergreifst die Initiative auf der Verkaufsfläche und führst gerne ein Team an
  • Deine Aufgaben umfassen neben eigener Umsatzverantwortung, die Sortimentspflege in Deiner Fachwarengruppe Boutique, die Führung eines kleinen Verkaufsteams sowie die Erreichung aller KPI um erfolgreich zu sein
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Deine Warengruppe und managst das DailyBuisness direkt auf der Verkaufsfläche
  • Du begeisterst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation und bist absolutes Vorbild für Lernende und Dein Verkaufsteam
  • Du bist zuständig für die ordnungsgemässe Erstellung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Du bist für die Belange und Wünsche unserer Kundinnen und Kunden ein/e kompetente/r und lösungsorientierte/r AnsprechpartnerIn
  • Du nimmst regelmässig an Sortimentsbesprechungen teil und setzt Konzepte schnell in die Tat um

  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, aufgeschlossen und kundenorientiert
  • Wir sprechen auch alle QuereinsteigerInnen an, die bereits ein kleines Team geleitet haben und gerne im Einrichtungssegment durchstarten möchten
  • Du hast eine grosse Affinität für den Verkauf und es macht Dir Spass im Wettbewerb anzuführen
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Handel oder im Verkauf mit
  • Du bist BerufsbildnerIn und hast Freude unsere Lernenden während der Ausbildung zu unterstützen
