Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes und gemeinnütziges Rehabilitationszentrum mit einem spezialisierten Angebot in verschiedenen medizinischen Fachbereichen. In interdisziplinären Teams arbeiten Pflege, Medizin und Therapie eng zusammen, um Patientinnen und Patienten auf ihrem Weg zurück zu mehr Selbstständigkeit zu begleiten.   • Übernahme der personellen und organisatorischen Leitung eines spezialisierten Pflegeteams auf einer geschützten und überwachungspflichtigen Rehabilitationsabteilung

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF / diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung auf einer Intensivstation und/oder eine entsprechende Weiterbildung im intensivpflegerischen Bereich; Erfahrung in der Rehabilitation ist von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude daran, ein Team zu organisieren, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Mitarbeitende in ihrer Entwicklung zu fördern
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, vernetztes Denken und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
