Abteilungsleitung 80 \- 100% (a)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

\- Führung der Mitarbeitenden der Abteilung (Fördern, Fordern und Entwickeln der Mitarbeitenden inkl. sämtlicher Mitarbeitergespräche), Personalrekrutierung \- Lots\*in in der Welt von Geschichten und Wissen \- Mitverantwortlich für Umsatz, Marge, Personalkosten sowie alle Verkaufs\- und Einkaufsabläufe \- Gemeinsames Planen mit den Vorgesetzten und dem Leitungsteam sämtlicher Aktivitäten in der Abteilung und die anschliessende selbständige Umsetzung \- Verantwortung für das Sortiment und dessen Präsentation

Ihr Profil:

\- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Buch\- oder Detailhandel \- Mind. 3 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung im Handel \- Affinität zum Buch sowie zu den elektronischen Medien \- Verkaufsorientierte, unternehmerisch denkende und handelnde Persönlichkeit \- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Sozialkompetenz \- Zeitlich flexibel und mobil (Arbeitsort an der Autobahn A1\)
