Für eine etablierte Institution im Bereich Altersmedizin in der Region Basel suchen wir eine erfahrene Pflegefachperson HF/FH für die Leitung einer Abteilung. Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige, SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung in einem akutmedizinischen Pflegeumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Altersmedizin oder Geriatrie von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossene Kader- oder Führungsausbildung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Organisations- und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Freude an der Entwicklung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Begleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Klare und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und individuellen Lebenssituationen älterer Patientinnen und Patienten

Aufgaben ##

  • Personelle, fachliche und organisatorische Führung einer geriatrischen Abteilung
  • Steuerung der täglichen Abläufe sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Organisation im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Erreichung der vereinbarten Leistungsziele
  • Verantwortung für den pflegediagnostischen Prozess nach NANDA und dessen Weiterentwicklung
  • Führung, Förderung und fachliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege und Unterstützung des Teams im Arbeitsalltag
  • Mitwirkung in übergeordneten Führungsgremien und bei bereichsübergreifenden Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen medizinischen und therapeutischen Berufsgruppen
  • Begleitung und Förderung von Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Mitgestaltung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse und moderner Arbeitsabläufe
