Die dahlia oberaargau ag ist ein Unternehmen der Stiftung Lebensart. An den vier Standorten Herzogenbuchsee, Niederbipp, Wiedlisbach und Attiswil bieten wir rund 270 Plätze für Menschen mit einem Betreuungs\- und Pflegebedarf sowie mit einer Behinderung an.

Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und möchtest an unserem Standort Herzogenbuchsee etwas bewegen?

Mit der neuen Organisation übernimmt du auf jedem Stockwerk eine Teamverantwortliche Verantwortung. Du als Abteilungsleitung bringst diese zusammen und behältst den Überblick. Gemeinsam führt ihr die Mitarbeitenden, entwickelt Abläufe weiter und stellt euch den Herausforderungen des Pflegealltags – immer mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohnenden. Dabei kannst du deine Erfahrung einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und deinen Bereich aktiv mitgestalten

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung und Organisation des Hauses B mit 48 Bewohnenden auf drei Stockwerken und wirst dabei tatkräftig von den Teamverantwortlichen unterstützt
  • Du hast die Bedürfnisse und das Wohlergehen unserer Bewohnenden im Blick und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass sie sich gut aufgehoben, respektiert und sicher fühlen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teamverantwortlichen zusammen, gibst Orientierung, unterstützt sie in ihrer Rolle und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen das Team weiter
  • Du bringst aktiv deine Ideen für eine moderne Pflegepraxis ein, setzt Verbesserungen pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert um und setzt dich dafür ein, dass eine gute Betreuungs\- und Pflegequalität im Alltag gelebt wird
  • Du bringst deine Erfahrung und deine Perspektiven aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts ein

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit und hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entwicklungen voranzutreiben
  • Als erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit verstehst du es, Menschen zu begeistern, Teams zu entwickeln und Mitarbeitende für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen
  • Du denkst vorausschauend, erkennst Potenzial und hast den Mut, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Auch in herausfordernden Situationen bleibst du lösungsorientiert, entscheidungsfreudig und behältst den Überblick
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF absolviert
