Die Stadt Dübendorf entwickelt sich sehr dynamisch. Gleiches gilt für die Stadtverwaltung als modernes Dienstleistungszentrum für die Bevölkerung. Da sich die heutige Stelleninhaberin beruflich neu orientiert, wird folgende Schlüsselstelle der Verwaltung neu besetzt: Abteilungsleitung Finanzen und Liegenschaften / Mitglied der GL Abteilungsleitung Finanzen und Liegenschaften / Mitglied der GL Dein Verantwortungsbereich: Gesamtverantwortung für die Abteilung Finanzen und Liegenschaften sowie deren strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung Führung und Entwicklung der unterstellten Teams und Fachbereiche Verantwortung für die städtische Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Rechnungslegung, Reporting und das Controlling Beratung des Stadtrats und der Geschäftsleitung in finanzpolitischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen Sicherstellung einer langfristigen und nachhaltigen Finanz\- und Investitionsplanung Verantwortung für das kommunale Liegenschaften\-Portfolio und die strategische Bewirtschaftung und Weiterentwicklung Steuerung von Liegenschaftsgeschäften, Investitionsvorhaben, Sanierungen und Neubauprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Stellen Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Stadtrat, Geschäftsleitung und politische Gremien Dein Profil: Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Immobilienwirtschaft, Public Management oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer anspruchsvollen Finanz\- und/oder Immobilienfunktion Fundierte Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Finanzwesen (HRM2\) und Erfahrung im kommunalen Umfeld, idealerweise aber auch Erfahrung in der Privatwirtschaft Erfahrung in der strategischen Bewirtschaftung und Entwicklung von Liegenschaften\-Portfolios Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für politische Entscheidungsprozesse und die Besonderheiten einer öffentlichen Verwaltung Analytische, konzeptionelle und unternehmerische Denkweise Hohe Führungs\- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie überzeugendes Auftreten mit Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und Entscheidungsprozesse zielgerichtet zu unterstützen Deine Perspektive: Eine verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselposition mit direktem Einfluss auf die Stadt\-Entwicklung Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und damit die Möglichkeit, die Gesamtverwaltung aktiv mitzugestalten Breites und anspruchsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit strategischer und operativer Verantwortung Motivierte, professionelle Teams und kurze Entscheidungswege Zusammenarbeit mit engagierten politischen Vertretungen und Gremien Dieser Rekrutierungsprozess wird von unserem externen Partner inoversum personalmanagement ag durch Maulaz begleitet.
