Abteilungsleitung Pflege 80% \- 100% In den Wohn\- und Pflegezentren Sihlsana AG in Adliswil betreuen wir 130 betagte, leicht bis schwer pflegebedürftige Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und bieten ihnen eine altersgerechte Wohnform mit individuell abgestimmter Pflege\- und ätzlich vermieten wir 100 Wohnungen an Menschen, welche selbständig wohnen können. Für die Umsetzung von shared governance suchen wir eine Abteilungsleitung Pflege 80% \- 100%. Ihre Aufgaben: Sie führen ein Team von zirka 15 Personen im skill\-grade\-mix Sie arbeiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der APN und sichern und fördern die Weiterentwicklung einer qualitativen hochstehenden Pflege Sie befähigen ihre Mitarbeitenden, um den hohen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden Sie arbeiten aktiv in der Pflege \& Betreuung mit Sie gewährleisten eine fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation \+ BESA Erfassung Sie pflegen eine professionelle Kommunikation zu Bewohner/Innen und Angehörigen Sie haben die Mitverantwortung für die Einarbeitung und Befähigung neuer Mitarbeiter Ihr Profil: Sie haben eine Pflegeausbildung HF/FH abgeschlossen und Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld Sie haben Führungserfahrung und mögen Menschen Sie zeigen Freude und Engagement in ihrem Beruf und sind sich ihrer Vorbildrolle bewusst Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Erfahrungen geben Sie gerne an andere weiter und sind interessiert, Ihr berufliches Wissen zu vertiefen und weiterzuentwickeln Sie finden bei uns die Möglichkeit, Ihr eigenes Wissen und Können einzubringen, haben einen grossen Handlungsspielraum und sind im Gremium des Pflegekaders eingebunden.
