Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Führungsaufgabe: Du leitest eine 18-Betten-Abteilung mit infektiologischem Schwerpunkt und einem breiten internistischen und angiologischen Patientenspektrum. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für eine qualitativ hochwertige und patientenzentrierte Versorgung. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Pflegequalität sichern: Gemeinsam mit dem Shared-Governance-Team schaffst du Rahmenbedingungen für eine qualitativ hochwertige, ganzheitliche und patientenorientierte Pflege.
  • Team entwickeln: Du führst ein engagiertes Team von rund 30 Mitarbeitenden nach modernen Führungsprinzipien und unterstützt sie in ihrer fachlichen, persönlichen und sozialen Weiterentwicklung.
  • Ressourcen steuern: Du planst und koordinierst personelle, materielle und infrastrukturelle Ressourcen für eine sichere und effiziente Patientenversorgung.
  • Prozesse gestalten: Du entwickelst Arbeitsabläufe und Organisationsstrukturen im Sinne einer zeitgemässen Pflege und des Bezugspflegekonzepts weiter.
  • Interdisziplinär zusammenarbeiten: Du arbeitest eng und auf Augenhöhe mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, Therapien, Hotellerie und weiteren Schnittstellen zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF oder FH mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung im Management oder Interesse an einem MAS mit Schwerpunkt Leadership
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie Freude daran, eine werte- und menschenorientierte Führungskultur aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Integrität und die Fähigkeit, ein respektvolles und unterstützendes Miteinander zu fördern
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Anspruch an eine bestmögliche Patientenversorgung
