Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung In dieser Schlüsselrolle sind Sie direkt der Stadtpräsidentin unterstellt und führen die Präsidialdienste mit sechs Mitarbeitenden. Sie unterstützen und beraten die politische Führung, gestalten zentrale Zukunftsthemen mit und sorgen für eine wirkungsvolle Zusammenarbeit zwischen Politik, Verwaltung, Wirtschaft und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben Strategische, organisatorische, personelle und finanzielle Führung der Präsidialdienste Führen des Ressorts Teilungsamt sowie des Departementssekretariats Verantwortung für Wirtschaftsförderung, Tourismus und Stadtentwicklung Beratung und Unterstützung der Stadtpräsidentin in strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen Leiten von und Mitarbeit in verwaltungsinternen Entwicklungsprojekten Applikationsverantwortung für das Geschäftsverwaltungssystem (CMI) Sicherstellen strategiekonformer Handlungen im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements Das bringen Sie mit Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Weiterbildung in Public Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Organisations\- oder Projektmanagement Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im öffentlichen oder politischen Umfeld Strategisches und vernetztes Denken sowie ausgeprägte Organisations\- und Umsetzungskompetenz Erfahrung in Projektmanagement Dienstleistungsorientierte und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Sicherheit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit Das bieten wir Ihnen Verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition mit Gestaltungs\- und Handlungsspielraum Vielseitige Schlüsselposition an der Schnittstelle von Politik, Verwaltung, Wirtschaft und Stadtentwicklung Offene, kollegiale und partizipative Führungskultur Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice\-Möglichkeiten Moderner Arbeitsplatz im Stadtkern mit optimaler ÖV\-Anbindung Grosszügige Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen Bereit, Kriens aktiv mitzugestalten und zentrale Zukunftsthemen unserer Stadt mitzuprägen?
