Die Berufsfachschule Uster - Wirtschaft und Technik (BFSU) ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die Aus- und Weiterbildung in den Berufsfeldern Wirtschaft, Automation, Elektronik und Informatik. Sie ist aktiv in der Implementierung des Megatrends Digitalisierung. Rund 1500 Lernende absolvieren hier ihre Berufslehre oder erlangen die Berufsmaturität. Zusammen mit den Partnerschulen im Bildungszentrum Uster bietet die BFSU ein vielfältiges Weiterbildungsprogramm an. In der Grund- und Weiterbildung unterrichten ca. 200 Lehrpersonen und Dozierende.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Leitung eines Fachbereichs: Führung der Abteilung Berufslehre Technik (Automation, Elektronik, Plattformentwicklung). Sicherstellung des operativen Schulbetriebs unter Einhaltung des Qualitätsmanagements; flexibel agieren.
  • Strategische Entwicklung: Unterstützung der Gesamtschulleitung und der Schulkommission bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Schule.
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen: Umsichtige und zielorientierte Umsetzung von Veränderungen unter Einbindung von Lehrpersonen und Mitarbeitenden.
  • Entwicklung von Lehrpersonen: Massgebliche Weiterentwicklung und individuelle Förderung der Abteilung sowie Mitwirkung bei der Personalplanung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen: Enge Zusammenarbeit, Abstimmung und Austauschunterstützung.
  • Pflege von Kontakten: Enger Austausch mit externen Stellen; Förderung der Kooperation zwischen Lernorten.
  • Unterrichtstätigkeit: Begeisterung für Lehren und Lernen im Unterricht einbringen. Unterrichtsverpflichtung: 10 Wochenlektionen.

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossenes Lehrdiplom mit Zusatzausbildung in Berufspädagogik für den Unterricht auf der Sekundarstufe ll
  • Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Schulführung, Bildungsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Führungs- und Managementerfahrung im Bildungsbereich, idealerweise an einer Berufsfachschule
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Berufsbildungssystems
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit Umsetzungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung in Schulentwicklung und moderner Führung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative und Offenheit für Veränderungen
  • Technologische Affinität verbunden mit digitaler Kompetenz und hoher Lernbereitschaft
