The posting

Au cœur de la ville de Vevey, nous accueillons une centaine d’adultes vivant avec un handicap physique, un polyhandicap, une déficience intellectuelle légère et/ou une atteinte à leur santé psychique. Nous sommes un établissement socio-éducatif reconnu d’utilité publique, fondé en 1950.

Visant à soutenir la pleine participation des personnes accompagnées, à garantir leur bien-être, leur santé et leur qualité de vie, et à agir en faveur d’une société plus inclusive, nous recherchons pour notre secteur Hébergement Jaman (handicap physique), un·e :

ACCOMPAGNANT·E SOCIO-ÉDUCATIF·VE avec diplôme d’infirmier·ère HES ou CFC d’ASSC 1 poste en CDI à 80 %

Nous vous demandons :

  • Un diplôme d’infirmier·ère HES, un CFC d’ASSC ou un titre jugé équivalent reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse
  • Une expérience confirmée auprès de personnes vivant avec un handicap physique, parfois associé à des problématiques psychiques, serait un atout
  • Un intérêt pour la relation et l’accompagnement global, y compris dans les soins de base
  • Une capacité à définir les priorités en associant efficience et humanité
  • Un bon sens de l’analyse et une bonne capacité à prendre du recul
  • De bonnes capacités d’autonomie, d’organisation et de flexibilité au niveau des horaires
  • Une aisance en informatique et le permis de conduire
