Diese Rolle ist für jemanden gemacht, der heute schon mit Fachplanern, Generalunternehmern oder Projektentwicklern am Tisch sitzt und weiss: Projekte werden in der Konzeptphase gewonnen, nicht in der Ausschreibung.

Im Auftrag unserer Mandantin - einer führenden Schweizer Anbieterin von Lösungen für Energiemonitoring, Messtechnik, ZEV und E-Mobilität - suchen wir eine technisch versierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit für die Region Schweiz Mitte.

Was Sie bewegen ##

Sie bauen Ihr eigenes Planer- und Projektgebiet auf und entwickeln es systematisch - mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum und direkter Anbindung an den Vertriebsleiter Schweiz.

  • Sie positionieren Energiemonitoring-, Messtechnik- und ZEV-Lösungen dort, wo die Weichen gestellt werden: in der frühen Planungsphase von Bau- und Sanierungsprojekten
  • Sie beraten HLKS-Planer, Elektroplaner, GUs, Architekten und Investoren auf Augenhöhe - fachlich fundiert, nicht als klassischer Verkäufer
  • Sie erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte und unterstützen bei Ausschreibungen (Prinzipschemata, Leistungsbeschriebe, ZEV-Varianten) - gemeinsam mit Technik und Innendienst
  • Sie begleiten Ihre Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Übergabe und halten Ihre Pipeline aktiv am Laufen
  • Sie vertreten die Mandantin an Fachmessen und Branchenanlässen und bringen Marktimpulse zurück ins Produktmanagement

Was Sie mitbringen müssen ##

Wir sind hier bewusst konkret - diese Punkte sind Voraussetzung:

  • Technische Grundausbildung in Heizung, Sanitär oder Elektro (oder gleichwertiger HLKS-Hintergrund) mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder in der Beratung von HLKS-/Elektroplanern, GUs, Investoren oder Projektentwicklern
  • Ein bestehendes, belastbares Netzwerk im Planer- und Projektumfeld der Schweiz Mitte - Sie starten nicht bei null
  • Schweizerdeutsch verhandlungssicher; Französisch ein Plus

Von Vorteil: Praxiserfahrung mit ZEV, Eigenverbrauchsmodellen oder Messtechnik sowie CRM-Routine.

Diese Stelle passt nicht, wenn Sie aus dem branchenfremden Verkauf kommen, kein Netzwerk in der Schweizer Bau-/Planerszene haben oder eine reine Innendienstrolle suchen.
