Account Manager (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Kundenentwicklung mit Weitblick

  • Betreuung und Ausbau eines Portfolios von mittelgrossen bis grossen Firmenkunden
  • Entwicklung individueller Strategien zur Erschliessung neuer Potenziale innerhalb bestehender Kundenstrukturen
  • Identifikation von Cross\- und Upselling\-Möglichkeiten über Produkte und Dienstleistungen hinweg

Beziehungsmanagement \& Verhandlung

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Ansprechpartner:innen \- insbesondere in IT und Einkauf
  • Verhandlung von Rahmenbedingungen, Preisen und Konditionen
  • Positionierung unseres Unternehmens als bevorzugter Partner für IT\-Produkte und Services

Strategische Zusammenarbeit

  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen wie Presales, Projektmanagement und Service
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Angeboten und Lösungskonzepten
  • Zielgerichtete Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen mit dem Ziel langfristiger Partnerschaften

Administrative Aufgaben

* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM * Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen, Angeboten und Projektfortschritten * Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen Das bringst Du mit

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B\-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Fokus auf grössere Firmenkunden * Fundierte Erfahrung im IT\-Umfeld * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke * Strategisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * CRM\-Affinität und Freude an datenbasierter Kundenentwicklung * Präsentationssicherheit \- auch in englischsprachigen Meetings und Calls Das bieten wir Dir
