Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Führung der Buchhaltungen von verschiedenen Gesellschaften
  • Erstellen von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Integration von neuen Gesellschaften
  • Prozesse vereinheitlichen und optimieren
  • Ansprechperson für Personalwesen
  • Verantwortlich für das Zeiterfassungssytem
  • Einführung des neuen ERP-Systems
  • Verschiedene Projektaufgaben

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Weiterbildung zum Fachausweis in Finanz-und Rechnungswesen oder eine höhere Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Min. 5 Jahre Finanzerfahrung
  • Abschlusssicher
  • Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes analytisches Verständnis sowie Interesse für Prozesse und Tools
  • Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Versiertes EDV-Kenntnisse, Abacus von grossem Vorteil
  • Muttersprache Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
