Accountant 50 \- 70% SKAN Stein (m/w/d)

Auf einen Blick

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen der SKAN Stein AG. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle buchhalterischen Themen arbeitest Du eng mit dem Finance\-Team in Allschwil sowie verschiedenen Bereichen der SKAN Group zusammen. Mit Deinem Fachwissen und Deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise trägst Du wesentlich zu einer professionellen Finanzsteuerung und zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren\-, Kreditoren\- und Anlagenbuchhaltung) inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Verantwortung für den Monatsabschluss (Financial Accounting)
  • Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER in Absprache mit dem CEO
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Revisionen sowie Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und Abstimmung der MWST\-Konten
  • Durchführung von Intercompany\-Abstimmungen und Abstimmung der Bilanzkonten
  • Verwaltung und Kontrolle des Spesenwesens (Concur) sowie des Kassenbuchs
  • Bildung und Abstimmung von Rückstellungen (Ferien, Überstunden, Bonus)
  • Betreuung der Geschäftsversicherungen und Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen
  • Abstimmung von Lagerveränderungen
  • Erstellung der Steuererklärung und Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Fragestelllungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen

Hardskills

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen, Fachfrau/Fachmann Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Debitoren\-, Kreditoren\- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats\-, Halbjahres\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie in der Revisionsvorbereitung
  • Gute Kenntnisse von ERP\-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
