Fondé par Maud Falconnet, podologue, Poderm propose des formules uniques, à la technologie brevetée, testées et recommandées par des professionnels de santé.

 

Dans le cadre d-un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) Comptable pour assurer la continuité de la gestion comptable du Groupe durant l-absence de la titulaire du poste. Rattaché(e) à la Responsable comptable, ce rôle aura pour objectif d-assurer notamment :

* La comptabilité générale de plusieurs sociétés du Groupe, en Suisse et en France

* Le suivi rigoureux des échéances fiscales et des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles

* La fiabilité des relations avec nos partenaires (fournisseurs, clients, banques)

 

MISSIONS

  • Gérer la comptabilité générale multi-sociétés (enregistrement achats, banques, règlements, paiements, concordance inter-sociétés, suivi des provisions etc.) - comptabilité suisse et française
  • Préparer les paiements fournisseurs
  • Préparer et suivre les LCR clients
  • Lettrer les comptes clients/fournisseurs
  • Etablir et suivre les relances clients
  • Vérifier et comptabiliser les notes de frais
  • Participer à la clôture mensuelle et revue des cycles

PROFIL

  • Formation en comptabilité (CFC d-employé(e) de commerce, Brevet fédéral de comptable ou équivalent) et expérience confirmée d-au moins 5 ans en comptabilité générale, idéalement en environnement multi-sociétés
  • Bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité suisse et française, notamment des règles de TVA des deux pays
  • Rigueur, sens de l-organisation et respect des délais, en particulier lors des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
  • À l-aise avec les outils informatiques et les ERP (la connaissance de Microsoft Business Central est un atout)
  • Autonomie et capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement multi-entités
  • Discrétion, fiabilité et bon relationnel (contacts réguliers avec clients, fournisseurs et banques)

Français courant indispensable ; bonne maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel.

Lieu : Poste basé à Plan-les-Ouates (Genève - Suisse)

Date : à pourvoir dès que possible

Contrat : CDD jusqu-au 31/08/2027
