Für unseren internationalen Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Accountant Accounts Payable (AP), der die Verantwortung für die korrekte und termingerechte Verarbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen übernimmt und als zentrale Anlaufstelle für sämtliche Themen rund um die Kreditorenbuchhaltung fungiert. Diese spannende Position bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem internationalen Umfeld mit einem hohen Mass an Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit zu arbeiten. -Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Kreditorenrechnungen für die zugewiesenen Gesellschaften und Geschäftsbereiche. -Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit, Kontierung, Freigabe und steuerlicher Anforderungen. -Durchführung und Kontrolle von Zahlungsläufen sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Begleichung offener Verbindlichkeiten. -Abstimmung und Pflege von Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung von Differenzen und offenen Posten. -Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und direkte Kommunikation mit Lieferanten bei Unstimmigkeiten oder Rückfragen. -Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei internen und externen Audits. -Verbuchung und Abstimmung von Bank- und Zahlungstransaktionen im Zusammenhang mit der Kreditorenbuchhaltung. -Pflege und Kontrolle von Lieferantenstammdaten sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität. -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Finance und Controlling sowie mit externen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern. -Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder bei Fragen zu Rechnungen, Zahlungen und offenen Kreditorenposten. -Durchführung regelmässiger Kontrollen und Abstimmungen zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten und revisionssicheren Buchhaltung. -Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Bereich Accounts Payable.

Votre profil

\-Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. -Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Accounts Payable / Kreditorenbuchhaltung. -Gute Kenntnisse in SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; hohe IT-Affinität von Vorteil. -Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung und Verbuchung von Kreditorenrechnungen, Kontenabstimmungen und Zahlungsläufen. -Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise. -Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. -Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Lieferanten. -Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse.
