Votre mission

  • En tant que membre de l-équipe Finance, vous soutiendrez les activités des comptes fournisseurs et contribuerez au bon déroulement des opérations comptables quotidiennes. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
  • Saisir, vérifier et contrôler les factures fournisseurs, en assurant la conformité avec les procédures internes et les réglementations applicables
  • Soutenir la préparation des paiements fournisseurs et surveiller les échéances de paiement pour optimiser la gestion de la trésorerie
  • Gérer les notes de frais des employés, y compris la vérification, l-approbation et l-intégration dans le système comptable
  • Assurer une affectation comptable précise des factures fournisseurs et des notes de frais dans le système ERP
  • Participer aux rapprochements des comptes fournisseurs et aux activités de contrôle associées
  • Assister aux processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle
  • Garantir le respect des exigences de contrôle interne et des procédures comptables
  • Soutenir l-amélioration continue des processus et flux de travail des comptes fournisseurs
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour résoudre les questions liées aux factures et aux paiements
  • Fournir un soutien administratif et comptable à l-équipe Finance selon les besoins

 

Votre profil

  • CFC commercial ou qualification équivalente
  • 2 à 3 ans d-expérience professionnelle en comptabilité, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
  • Bonne connaissance des applications Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel
  • Une expérience avec un système ERP serait un avantage
  • Connaissances de base des normes comptables Swiss GAAP et IFRS
  • Maîtrise du français avec une bonne connaissance de l-anglais, à l-écrit comme à l-oral
