Bei uns arbeitest du an Abschlüssen nach IFRS, Swiss GAAP und OR mit, übernimmst schrittweise mehr Verantwortung und kannst auf Wunsch die Lohnbuchhaltung Schweiz übernehmen. DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS

  • Mitarbeit bei Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS, Swiss GAAP und OR für die JobCloud AG und die Tochtergesellschaften in Österreich und Portugal, mit schrittweise mehr Verantwortung
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung der externen Revision
  • Auf Wunsch Übernahme der monatlichen Lohnbuchhaltung Schweiz, inklusive Mutationen und Abrechnung aller Sozialversicherungen
  • Automatisierung von Finanz\- und Payroll\-Prozessen, auch mit KI\-Tools und KI\-Agenten
  • Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) und der Prozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, People \& Culture, \& Service Operations und den Tochtergesellschaften in Wien und Porto
  • Je nach Interesse Mitarbeit bei Analysen und Reports im Data Warehouse (DWH) und in Tableau

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen oder laufende Weiterbildung zur Fachfrau/zum Fachmann im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung; Erfahrung mit Abschlüssen, IFRS oder Lohnverarbeitung ist ein Plus
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssystemen wie Abacus
  • Interesse an KI und Automatisierung: Prozesse willst du nicht nur verstehen, sondern verbessern, zum Beispiel mit KI\-Agenten
  • Gelassenheit, wenn sich Dinge schnell ändern oder noch nicht alles geklärt ist
  • Eigeninitiative beim Einarbeiten in neue Themen und Freude daran, neue Tools wie Tableau kennenzulernen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
