Als Accounting Manager für unsere unternehmenseigenen True Society Retail Stores bringst du dein Fachwissen im Retail Accounting, deine Leidenschaft sowie deine Planungs\- und Organisationsfähigkeiten ein. Du unterstützt unsere globale Retail\-Organisation und stellst sicher, dass Finanzberichte korrekt und termingerecht erstellt werden. Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail und deinem Fachwissen trägst du dazu bei, unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei erwartet dich ein internationales Umfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit, Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerisches Denken zählen – genau das, was Team Essense auszeichnet. Deine Aufgaben Sicherstellung eines termingerechten und korrekten Monatsabschlussprozesses Prüfung und Genehmigung von Journalbuchungen, monatlichen Kontenabstimmungen sowie Abweichungsanalysen Erstellung von Finanzberichten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Prozesse Fachliche Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie der allgemeinen Finanzbuchhaltung Verantwortung für die Pflege und Genauigkeit der Hauptbuchkonten sowie der Finanzdaten unter Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und lokalen Rechnungslegungsstandards Unterstützung beim jährlichen Budgetprozess sowie bei regelmässigen Forecast\-Prozessen Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in Corporate Accounting\-Prozessen, einschliesslich (aber nicht beschränkt auf) den Monatsabschlussprozess, Kosteneinsparungsinitiativen sowie die Dokumentation von Richtlinien und Prozessen Unterstützung des Director Finance \& Accounting bei verschiedenen Projekten und Initiativen Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen oder weiterer Accounting\-Lösungen bei Bedarf Was du mitbringst Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance/Accounting oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung Mindestens 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting/Finance, inklusive Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Buchhaltungsrichtlinien und \-prozessen; Erfahrung im Retail\-Umfeld ist von Vorteil Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Prioritäten und Fristen erfolgreich zu managen Neugier, eine kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmentalität Starke Teamfähigkeit kombiniert mit einer selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise Erfahrung mit internationalen Gesellschaften und grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionen Erfahrung mit NetSuite ist von Vorteil Was wir bieten Attraktives Gehaltspaket und Sozialleistungen Moderner Arbeitsplatz im Herzen der Stadt Zug Flexible Arbeitszeiten inkl. 1 Homeoffice\-Tag pro Woche, 40 Std\-Woche Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Unterstützung bei beruflicher Entwicklung Kostenloser Kaffee, Tee und frisches Obst für deinen täglichen Energieboost Monatliche Teamevents Attraktive Vergünstigungen bei ausgewählten Partnern jpidea73fcdjm jit0834jm jiy26jm
