Ihre Aufgaben: • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Accounting- und Cash-Collection-Teams • Verantwortung für Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit der Payroll • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle • Erstellung und Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse • Überwachung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und steuerlichen Vorgaben • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und externen Revisionsstellen • Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems • Steuerung der Zahlungsläufe und des Forderungsmanagements • Erstellung von Finanzkennzahlen und Reportings für die DACH-Organisation • Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Finanz- und Unternehmensprojekten

Ihr Profil: • Studium oder höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung sowie im Abschlusswesen • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Steuerrechts und der Mehrwertsteuer • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts im Zusammenhang mit Payroll und Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Gute Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
