Accounting / Payroll / Administration D/E 100 % ---------------------------------------------------

Sie übernehmen vielseitige Dienstleistungen für die internationalen Kunden und unterstützen das Tagesgeschäft mit

* Führen von Mandats\-Buchhaltungen, Mithilfe bei Jahresabschlüssen

* Mandats\-Lohnbuchhaltungen führen mit gesamter Salär Administration inkl. Quellensteuer\- und Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen

* Sozialversicherungsfragen klären und Arbeitsbewilligungen administrieren

* Führen der internen Buchhaltung inkl. Debitoren/Kreditoren, Fakturierung und Mahnwesen

* Kundenberatung in Treuhandfragen

* Stellvertretung und Unterstützung Empfang, allgemeine Administration, Sekretariats\- und organisatorische Aufgaben

Sie verfügen über

  • eine solide kaufmännische Ausbildung \- gern mit oder in Weiterbildung zum eidg. Fachausweis Treuhand oder Rechnungswesen
  • vergleichbare Berufspraxis idealerweise aus einem Treuhandbüro
  • stilsicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch (mind. Level B2\) im Kontakt mit der internationalen Klientel
  • eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, effiziente und hilfsbereite Arbeitsweise
