Accounting Specialist Banken (m/w/d) ====================================

Die FINMA beaufsichtigt den Schweizer Finanzmarkt. Sie schützt die Interessen der Anlegerinnen und Anleger, Gläubiger und Versicherten und trägt mit ihrer Aufsicht zur Stabilität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Finanzmarktakteure bei. Dafür engagieren sich täglich über 800 kompetente und motivierte Mitarbeitende.

Wir bieten Ihnen in der Gruppe Accounting eine Tätigkeit als

Hauptaufgaben

  • Betreuung von Accounting\-Fragen (insbesondere zur Rechnungslegungsverordnung\-FINMA / FINMA\-RS 20/1 "Rechnungslegung \- Banken" und zum Obligationenrecht)
  • Interne Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung der Aufsicht bei komplexen Fragestellungen
  • Analysen von Jahresrechnungen (Einzel\- und Gruppenabschlüsse) zur Unterstützung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Überwachung
  • Überarbeitung bestehender sowie Erarbeitung neuer Regulierungen
  • Vor\-Ort\-Kontrollen und Kontaktstelle für Anfragen von Beaufsichtigten und Interessenvertretern
  • Verfolgung und Beeinflussung von nationalen und internationalen Entwicklungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare höhere Fachausbildung, beispielsweise als dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • 5\-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Rechnungslegung von Banken (Rechnungslegungsverordnung\-FINMA / FINMA\-RS 20/1 "Rechnungslegung \- Banken")
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge auch unter Zeitdruck selbständig zu erfassen, zu strukturieren und zu beurteilen
  • Lösungsorientierten Arbeitsansatz, Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- oder ösischkenntnisse (C2\) mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
