Was du bei uns bewegst

* Du bearbeitest selbständig, komplexe Kunden\- und Treuhänderanfragen im Bereich Buchhaltung und Kontera. Du kommunizierst souverän auf Augenhöhe mit Kunden und Treuhändern – zielgruppengerecht und lösungsorientiert.

* SPOC (Single Point of Contact): Als Stimme unserer Kunden prägst du die Produktentwicklung: Du bereitest Feedback datenbasiert auf und steuerst gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement die Weiterentwicklung der Software in deinem Bereich.

* Zusammen mit dem Product Owner meisterst du das Release\- und Incidentmanagement, du testest neue Funktionen und stellst sicher, dass die Kommunikation intern wie auch extern sichergestellt ist.

* Du reproduzierst Fehler und erfasst diese für unsere Entwicklungsabteilung. Du steuerst die Kundeninformation und kommunizierst Updates sowie Workarounds präzise

* Du lieferst aussagekräftige Reportings und nutzt deine Analysen, um Prozesse aktiv zu optimieren.

* Du befähigst deine Support\-Kollegen durch regelmässige Schulungen rund um deinen Bereich. Du gestaltest ein erstklassiges Helpcenter mit Texten, Videos und Grafiken für maximale Kunden\-Selbsthilfe

* Du bist auch für weitere Module mitverantwortlich und stellst die Stellvertretung vom SPOC sicher. Du nimmst in Abwesenheit an den Meetings teil und löst die Kundenanfragen in diesem Modul.

Dein Rucksack für diese Stelle

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und bringst idealerweise 3–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Support und / oder Finanzbuchhaltung mit.

* Deine Stärke liegt in der Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte und der Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungen.

* Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und kannst technische Themen verständlich und klar erklären.

* Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, gleichzeitig schätzt du die Zusammenarbeit im Team.

* Erfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung und administrativen Tätigkeiten, insbesondere im Kontext von KMU\-Prozessen, ist ein Pluspunkt.

* Deine Sprachkenntnisse sind ausgezeichnet: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus.
