Pour notre site de Steinhausen/ZG, nous recherchons un Acheteur Opérationnel compétent et expérimenté 100% h/f

Vos futures responsabilités ###

Dans ce rôle, vous piloterez la performance des fournisseurs, soutiendrez l'exécution de projets transversaux et assurerez la préparation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.

  • Gérer les activités d'approvisionnement de bout en bout pour les pièces de prototypage (ensembles mécatroniques), en garantissant la disponibilité des matériaux en temps voulu grâce à des processus SAP efficaces
  • Surveiller la performance des fournisseurs, initier des actions correctives et soutenir la sélection des fournisseurs ainsi que les décisions d'approvisionnement
  • Gérer les demandes de devis, analyser les offres, réaliser des benchmarks de coûts et négocier les conditions commerciales avec les fournisseurs
  • Créer et gérer les bons de commande et contrats, résoudre les écarts de facturation et maintenir des données maîtres SCM précises
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes R&D, Production, Qualité, Finance et Supply Chain pour assurer la réussite de la mise en œuvre des NPI et la préparation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
  • Identifier les risques d'approvisionnement et conduire des initiatives d'amélioration continue auprès de la base fournisseurs

Ce qui fait votre succès ###

Vous êtes un professionnel proactif, analytique et pragmatique qui aime travailler dans un environnement dynamique et international.

  • Diplôme en génie mécanique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience en achats opérationnels, approvisionnement ou gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans un environnement high-tech ou industriel
  • Solides compétences en négociation et expérience de travail avec SAP
  • Capacité avérée à construire et développer des relations fournisseurs tout en améliorant la performance
  • Fortes compétences analytiques, en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des parties prenantes
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable ; l'allemand est un plus
