A propos du rôle ##

Notre client, une société internationale spécialisée dans le trading maritime, recherche un(e) Project Operator pour renforcer son équipe.

Tu seras responsable du suivi opérationnel des achats et de la coordination logistique de projets internationaux. Tu travailleras au quotidien avec des fournisseurs, des clients et des partenaires situés dans différents pays afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations, de la négociation jusqu'à la livraison.

Tâches ##

  • Gérer les achats techniques pour des projets internationaux.
  • Négocier les conditions d'achat avec les fournisseurs.
  • Organiser et suivre les opérations d'import-export (maritime, routier et aérien).
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les clients, fournisseurs, transitaires et équipes commerciales.
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes et veiller au respect des délais.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.

Nous cherchons ##

  • Une première expérience en achats techniques ou achats industriels.
  • Une bonne connaissance des opérations d'import-export.
  • Un excellent niveau de français et d'anglais (C1 minimum).
  • Une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel.
  • Une personne proactive, organisée et à l'aise dans un environnement international.
  • Une forte orientation client et un excellent sens de la négociation.
