**Deine Aufgaben**

* Du identifizierst und kontaktierst passende Talente für unsere offenen Stellen über verschiedene Kanäle.

* Du begeisterst Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten für Visana und sorgst für ein positives Candidate Experience.

* Du führst erste Gespräche mit potenziellen Talenten und schätzt deren Motivation sowie Passung ein.

* Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Recruiting Partner/innen zusammen.

* Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Talent Pools.

* Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Active-Sourcing-Aktivitäten weiterentwickeln und noch erfolgreicher gestalten können.

**Dein Profil**

* Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke, offene und **gewinnende Persönlichkeit** .

* Es fällt dir leicht, auf Menschen zuzugehen und **Beziehungen aufzubauen** .

* Du bringst **Durchhaltevermögen** mit und lässt dich von einem \<\\> nicht sofort entmutigen.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und mit viel **Eigeninitiative** .

* Du hast Freude daran, Menschen von Möglichkeiten zu überzeugen und **Interesse zu wecken** .

* Erfahrung im Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Verkauf, Kundenservice oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle ist von Vorteil.
