Dans le cadre de son développement, IFSA offre aujourd'hui l'opportunité de rejoindre une équipe dynamique et engagée, au sein d'un environnement professionnel stimulant, en tant qu'\\Adjoint(e) Compliance, Risk et Finances à 80\\-100 %.\\ Directement rattaché(e) au Head Legal, Compliance, Risk et Secrétaire général, vous apportez votre soutien sur les activités juridiques, réglementaires, de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne. En lien étroit avec la CFO, vous participez également aux activités financières de la société et des fonds immobiliers. Le poste offre une fonction polyvalente et évolutive, avec une répartition indicative de l'activité de 50 % sur le volet Finances et 50 % sur les domaines Compliance \\\& Risk. \\Vos principales responsabilités\\ \\Finances\\ \* Participer aux activités de comptabilité, de contrôle de gestion et de trésorerie. \* Contribuer au suivi des financements et des emprunts hypothécaires. \* Participer à l'établissement des rapports financiers ainsi qu'aux clôtures annuelles et semestrielles. \* Collaborer avec les réviseurs et les différents partenaires externes. \* Participer au suivi des aspects financiers liés aux assurances et à la fiscalité. \\Compliance \\\& Risk\\ \* Assurer une veille juridique et réglementaire dans les domaines pertinents pour l'activité. \* Apporter un soutien dans le suivi des exigences réglementaires applicables aux fonds immobiliers. \* Participer au suivi de la documentation des fonds, des conflits d'intérêts et des différentes obligations de compliance. \* Collaborer avec les notaires, gérances immobilières, réviseurs, conseils juridiques et autres partenaires externes. \* Participer à l'identification, à l'évaluation et au suivi des risques. \* Contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration continue du système de contrôle interne. \* Effectuer et documenter les contrôles prévus dans le cadre du dispositif de contrôle interne.
