Pour l-internat avec école situé à Echichens, nous recherchons un·e

Adjoint·e de direction secteur École à 100% en CDI

Votre rôle

Membre de la Direction, vous participez activement au pilotage et au développement de la Fondation. Votre activité est aujourd-hui principalement consacrée au secteur École (env. 70 %), dont vous assurez la bonne marche en accompagnant les équipes pédagogique et thérapeutique.

Vous collaborez étroitement avec la direction du secteur Internat afin de garantir une vision globale et cohérente du parcours des enfants. Dans un contexte institutionnel en évolution, votre agilité et votre capacité à prendre de nouvelles responsabilités sont essentielles.

 

Vos missions principales

  • Piloter le secteur École, ses équipes, son budget et la qualité de ses prestations
  • Porter et développer la cohérence pédago-thérapeutique et la qualité des projets des élèves
  • Favoriser la collaboration entre École, Internat, familles, réseaux et partenaires
  • Contribuer aux réflexions et décisions de la Direction
  • Piloter des projets institutionnels et interdisciplinaires et accompagner l-évolution des pratiques et de l-organisation.

 

Votre profil

  • Master en enseignement spécialisé ou titre jugé équivalent
  • DAS en gestion d-équipes, ou disposition à entreprendre rapidement cette formation
  • Excellente connaissance du système scolaire vaudois et solides compétences en conduite d-équipe
  • Capacité à fédérer, à travailler en interdisciplinarité et à conjuguer enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels
  • Aisance avec les projets et outils numériques
  • Expérience en protection de l-enfance et/ou accompagnement résidentiel : un atout.
