Job Description ##

* Accompagner les managers et collaborateurs sur les problématiques RH du quotidien. Piloter les processus de recrutement, de l'identification du besoin à la sélection des candidats. Participer aux activités d'évaluation et de classification des fonctions. Conseiller les équipes sur les politiques, procédures et bonnes pratiques RH. Collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs RH afin d'assurer une gestion efficace et conforme des ressources humaines. Contribuer à divers projets RH et aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.

The Successful Applicant ##

Le/la candidat-e idéal-e est titulaire d'une formation universitaire complétée par une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines (Brevet RH, CAS, DAS, MAS ou Master RH). Il/elle justifie de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction RH généraliste, avec une solide expérience en recrutement et en accompagnement des managers. Organisé-e, rigoureux-se et doté-e d'un excellent sens relationnel, il/elle sait gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique. Sa capacité à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs et à apporter des solutions pragmatiques sera essentielle à sa réussite. Une expérience dans le secteur public ou hospitalier constitue un réel atout.
