Description du poste ##

Mandatés par une entreprise à taille humaine de la région active dans l'industrie, nous recherchons un Adjoint au responsable de production qui aura pour mission de prendre la relève suite à un prochain départ en retraite. Vos tâches dans un premier temps afin de connaître les produits et process de fabrication : Equiper et faire fonctionner les machines spécifique d'assemblage Maintenance 1er niveau des machines Participation active sur les lignes d-assemblage Assurance qualité Participation active au stock Remplacement du responsable de production en cas d-absence pour maladie/vacances   Vos tâches lorsque vous maîtriserez les process de fabrication : Gestion et organisation de l'ensemble de la production Contrôle des processus de production dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des cahiers des charges qualité Optimisation des processus de production et mise en place de processus efficaces Suivi et respect des réglementations en matière de sécurité et d'environnement Assurer une utilisation optimale des ressources Responsable pour une amélioration continue Coopération étroite avec le département Engineering de la maison mère située en Allemagne pour le développement et la fabrication des nouveaux produits

Exigences ##

Formation minimum : d'Automaticien CFC, électronicien CFC ou en tant que mécatronicien CFC 1ère expérience réussie en industrie de 3 à 5 ans minimum Connaissances/compréhensions techniques et habileté manuelle sont obligatoires Motivé, capable de se développer, fiable et désirant s'investir sur le long terme Allemand B2 minimum et anglais technique requis
