Adjointe ou adjoint au chef du groupe motocycliste (80% à 100%)

La Police municipale de Lausanne assure la sécurité sur l'ensemble du territoire urbain, en privilégiant la proximité avec la population. Fort de plus de 700 collaboratrices et collaborateurs, le Corps de police effectue de nombreuses tâches et se compose de plusieurs divisions.

Dans le cadre du développement des missions de prévention et de proximité, nous recherchons plusieurs personnes motivées, prêtes à assurer une présence visible, régulière et accessible auprès de la population ainsi que des commerçantes et commerçants, à développer des actions de prévention ciblées et à contribuer au renforcement du sentiment de sécurité sur le territoire lausannois.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Assurer la gestion des manifestations : organiser et/ou diriger des manifestations entrant dans le cadre de ses attributions, préaviser les demandes d'autorisation et participer à l'élaboration des ordres de service

Seconder le chef du groupe motocycliste : participer à l'élaboration des objectifs du groupe et aux entretiens annuels, garantir la qualité des prestations et contrôler la bonne exécution des tâches, gérer le matériel et des équipement spécifique au groupe

Assurer la formation à ses et animer sur demande des cours pour des partenaires

Assurer les missions de police : procéder aux interpellations ou arrestations des contrevenants, procéder à des contrôles spécifiques, traiter les enquêtes et réquisitions dans son domaine d'activité

Profil

Brevet fédéral de policier.ère

Cursus de relève des cadres, CCI VD RH et Cours ISP CCII exigés

Expérience de 9 ans de pratique policière et de 5 ans au sein d'une brigade motocycliste

Bonnes connaissances du droit sur la circulation routière (DCR) et des procédures y relatives

Leadership et aisance dans les contacts et la communication

Sens de la coopération entre les entités

Capacité à s'orienter vers les résultats et travailler avec efficacité et application

Permis de conduire motocycle A
